OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between plasma levels of epinephrine (E), norepinephrine (NE) and adrenocorticotropic hormone (CRH) and HDCP in patients with hypertensive disorder of pregnancy (HDCP) and to provide some information on the prevention of the occurrence of HDCP Theoretical basis. Methods: The plasma levels of E, NE and CRH in HDCP from 90 patients with HDCP admitted from March 2011 to December 2012 were observed. Results: The mean levels of plasma E, NE and CRH in 90 patients were (823 ± 98) pmol / L, (5 432 ± 1 067) pmol / L and (32 ± 12) pmol / L, respectively, Normal, and with the aggravation of the patient’s condition, the level has a significant increase trend, severe patients was significantly higher than mild to moderate patients, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The levels of plasma epinephrine, norepinephrine and adrenocorticotropic hormone in patients with HDCP are significantly higher than normal, with a significant increase trend as the disease progresses.
