This article reports the effect of dextran70, an anti-adhesion agent, administered by 32% polymer into the peritoneal cavity of women undergoing abdominal infertility surgery. The authors conducted a prospective randomized, double-blind trial of 44 patients undergoing abdominal infertility surgery between August 1, 1981 and July 31, 1982, and Department of Reproductive Endocrinology, Virginia Medical School. Intraperitoneal injection of 200ml32% dextran70 were 23; control group intraperitoneal injection of 200ml Ringer’s lactic acid crystal solution 21 people.
