气动微震压实造型机和高压微震造型机都有气动微震机构。我们曾对弹簧式气动微震机构作了一些测试,初步探讨了压震示功图的理论,提出采用单位震击周期用于紧实型砂的比能,即用(e—e′)/T作为衡量压震时撞击效果好坏标准的初步意见,并据此对实测效果作了一些分析,整理成“低压微震造型机调试”一文(刊于《铸造机械》1975年四期)。本文是在“低压微震造型机调试”一文的基础上写成的。
Pneumatic microseismic compaction molding machines and high-pressure microseismic molding machines have pneumatic microseismic institutions.
