为了提高暗纹东方鲀仔鱼的成活率,把已处理的池塘水、地下水混合成盐度为4~6的咸淡水,在咸淡水(试验池)中培育的暗纹东方鲀仔鱼比在淡水中(对照池)培育的仔鱼成活率高,平均成活率从31.82%提高到54.87%,差异显著。在试验中发现刚出膜3天的仔鱼能忍受从淡水至盐度6的突然变化,平均全长12 mm的稚鱼能忍受从盐度6至淡水的突然变化,处理后的咸淡水对暗纹东方鲀仔鱼和稚鱼是无毒、安全的,并发现稚鱼间的相互残食习性推迟和减轻了。
