ATP结合盒式蛋白是血脑屏障上重要的选择性因素。它们保护中枢神经系统不受神经毒物的侵害但同时也限制了治疗药物递送入大脑。最近的研究突出了血脑屏障上P-糖蛋白和其他ABC类转运体在外源性物质、应激、疾病干预下表达和活性改变的多种信号通路。该文对相关信号通路调控的研究进展作一综述,旨在为神经保护研究,增加治疗药物递送入大脑提供新的研究思路。
ATP-binding cassette is an important selective factor on the blood-brain barrier. They protect the central nervous system from neurotoxic agents but at the same time limit the delivery of therapeutic drugs into the brain. Recent studies highlight a variety of signaling pathways by which P-glycoprotein and other ABC-like transporters on the blood-brain barrier express and alter activity in response to exogenous substances, stress, and disease. This review summarizes the progress in the regulation of signal pathways and aims to provide new research ideas for neuroprotective research and to increase the delivery of therapeutic drugs into the brain.
