该研究根据湖北省襄阳市当地农户的生产经验,结合湖北麦冬的生长发育实际状况,初步确定湖北麦冬种苗分类的主要指标,对其进行K聚类分析后,将湖北麦冬单株种苗分为以下2类:Ⅰ类种苗为根系直径大于2.5 mm、新生芽数目大于3、具有跑马根且着生于最外层的短苗龄新苗;Ⅱ类种苗为根系直径小于1 mm、新生芽数目小于2、不具备跑马根且着生于最内层的长苗龄老苗。该研究调查了湖北麦冬生长期间的地上部指标、根部指标及块根产量和品质,试验结果表明Ⅰ类湖北麦冬种苗的生长发育状况较好,且块根产量较高,品质较好。该研究确定了对湖北麦冬生长发育有影响的主要分类指标,从而为湖北麦冬种苗分级标准的制定奠定了基础。
According to the production experience of local farmers in Xiangyang City of Hubei Province and the actual growth and development status of Radix Ophiopogon japonicus, the main indexes of Radix Ophiopogonis were preliminary identified. After K-cluster analysis, Seedlings are divided into the following two categories: Ⅰ seedlings for the root diameter greater than 2.5 mm, the number of new sprouts greater than 3, with the horseradish and the most outer layer of seedling age new seedlings; Ⅱ seedlings root diameter is less than 1 mm, the number of new buds is less than 2, do not have the root of the horse and was born in the inner layer of the seedling age seedlings. The study investigated the shoot index, root index and root tuber yield and quality during the growth of Ophiopogon japonicus in Hubei Province. The results showed that the Ophiopogon japonicus seedlings grew well and had higher root tuber yield and better quality. The study identified the main index that affected the growth and development of Ophiopogon japonicus, which laid the foundation for the establishment of Ophiopogon japonicus seedling grading standards.
