在企业文化建设中,班组不仅是企业文化理念在最基层的具体体现,更是促进现代企业管理水平和实现文化建设新提升、新突破的关键。本文通过在企业中开展的班组文化建设理论的研究与实践,从实际出发,以新生代员工喜闻乐见的特色班组文化建设形式为载体,对收集的数据进行分析、归纳和总结。在做实企业班组文化建设,塑造充满活力的企业氛围和打造一支高素质员工队伍等方面,具有一定的借鉴和推广意义。
