检测临床与CT诊断为HIE者CT影像中低密度灶的脑叶分布情况,在共712个脑叶中有279个受累,低密度灶发生率为39.2%,额、顶、枕、颞叶的低密度灶发生率分别为55.1%、17.4%、37.1%、47.2%,有非常显著差异;以HIE的程度及所患不同疾病分组,也存在相同的差异变化,资料表明,当患儿出现缺氧缺血性改变时,由于脑血流变化等原因,不同脑叶遭受的损害有所差异,在CT影像中表现为低密度灶有其不同的分布规律。据此对提高临床与CT诊断的准确性有一定帮助;同时,文中对患儿的预后和后遗症进行了讨论。
