模拟法庭课程在各高校法学院中日益受到重视,但由于该课程被引入我国高校不久,课程建设的诸多方面尚不完善,特别是学生评价体系的薄弱,已成为制约该课程教学效果的瓶颈。针对模拟法庭课程的实践性、综合性等特征,提出了三大评价主体、九项指标项目及其权重的评价体系,并对评价体系的实施条件及预期效果进行了初步分析。
However, due to the introduction of this course into colleges and universities in our country, many aspects of curriculum construction are not perfect, especially the weakness of the student evaluation system has become a bottleneck restricting the teaching effect of this course. According to the practice and comprehensiveness of moot court courses, this paper puts forward the evaluation system of the three main evaluation bodies, nine index items and their weights, and carries out a preliminary analysis of the implementation conditions and expected results of the evaluation system.
