As we all know, smartphones, the fashionable high-tech fruits have played an important role in our daily life. They have become more convenient means of communication and make it easier for us to acquire the latest news happening in the world. But just as every coin has two sides, the smartphones have both advantages and disadvantages.
Nowadays, it has become a hot topic that more and more people are addicted to their smartphones. There’s no doubt that smartphones do connect people around the world. But at the same time, they can also make people keep at a distance from each other and ignore the real world around them. Instead of talking to their family and friends face to face, people prefer to communicate on WeChat. And when you walk down the street or wait for the underground at the platform, it’s not strange to see many people put their heads down and fix their eyes on the smartphones screens. Even around the dinner tables, people still keep silence and what can be heard is just the warning tones from the smartphones.
How frightening! We can’t imagine what our world will be like if all the people are buried in only smartphones rather than the real world! There is no doubt that the smartphones really make our life more convenient, but never forget it’s merely a tool, isn’t it
As far as I am concerned, it’s time for everyone to put the smartphones down and focus on our real life. So why don’t we have a relaxing free talk with good friends at a cafe instead of chatting across the screen Why not give up those video games and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery around us If everyone change a little bit,it will make a big difference to the world. And I believe we will enjoy ourselves ,of course, with our smartphones as the useful tools.
