目的:鉴别和区分不具饮片外形后的巴戟天配方颗粒和盐巴戟天配方颗粒。方法:采用紫外光谱法和红外光谱法,分别对不同批次的巴戟天配方颗粒和盐巴戟天配方颗粒进行分析研究。结果:各批次的巴戟天配方颗粒和盐巴戟天配方颗粒之间的差异较少,紫外光谱和红外光谱图均具有特征吸收峰;红外二阶导数光谱可以有效地区分巴戟天配方颗粒和盐巴戟天的配方颗粒。结论:利用紫外光谱和红外光谱可以准确、直观、快速地鉴别巴戟天和盐巴戟天的配方颗粒,为有效控制其质量提供了实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To identify and distinguish Morinda officinalis granules and Saline Morinda citrifolia granules without appetizing slices. Methods: Ultraviolet spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy were used to analyze the different formulations of Morinda officinalis and Morinda officinalis. Results: The difference between Morinda officinalis granules and Morinda officinalis granules was less, and both UV and IR spectra had characteristic absorption peaks. The second derivative of infrared spectrum could effectively distinguish Morinda officinalis granules And salt Morinda recipe particles. Conclusion: UV and IR spectra can be used to identify the formula particles of Morinda officinalis and Morinda officinalis accurately and rapidly, providing an experimental basis for the effective control of their quality.
