This year marks the twentieth anniversary of the discussion on the “Practice is the Standard of Test of Truth” and the twentieth anniversary of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee. Looking back at the historic turning point 20 years ago and the difficult development in 20 years, what lessons can we draw from it? I think that being strong and correct in political leadership and correct and resolute theoretical guidance is the key to us. And the relationship between the two is inextricably linked?
