拍卖是一种营销方式。用法律语言描述,它是指在“一定的时间、地点、条件下,按照一定的程序和规则,以公开竞价的形式,将特定物品或者财产权利转让给最高应价者的买卖方式。”拍卖市场作为市场经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物,在我国于1986年11月悄然兴起,迅速发展。目前已成为社会主义市场经济体系的一个组成部分,并初步显示其积极作用。但是,鉴于成长阶段的发展盲目性、竞争无序性、信息不对称性和机制不规范性等市场结构性因素,当前中国拍卖业总体素质不高,有待进一步发展。
Auction is a marketing method. In legal language, it refers to the method of buying and selling a specific item or property right to the highest bidder in the form of an open bid in accordance with certain procedures and rules at a certain time, place and condition. "As an inevitable outcome of the development of the market economy to a certain stage, the auction market has quietly emerged in our country in November 1986 and has grown rapidly. It has now become an integral part of the socialist market economy and has initially shown its positive role. However, in view of the market structural factors such as development blindness, disorderly competition, information asymmetry and institutional non-standardization in the growth stage, the overall quality of the Chinese auction industry is not yet high and needs to be further developed.
