由于工程硕士涉及到企业和学校两方面管理,已有成熟的全日制硕士评价体系难以完全适用。通过调研当前工程硕士的现状,形成了以工程硕士论文指导为主线,以企业和学校的过程监控为辅的指标化评价标准。针对工程硕士评价指标体系的覆盖面大,指标复杂等特点,提出采用层次分析法建立影响因素层次结构模型,构造工程硕士培养质量影响因素的各层判断矩阵用于一致性检验,形成了工程硕士培养质量的智能分析模型。模型已经用于浙江工业大学计算机学院的工程硕士质量评价,有效地提高了工程硕士的创新实践能力和学术水平。
As Master of Engineering involves both business and school management, there is a mature full-time master’s evaluation system is difficult to fully applicable. Through the investigation of the current status of master of engineering, formed the indexed evaluation standard which is guided by the master of engineering master’s thesis and complemented by the process monitoring of enterprises and schools. In view of the large coverage of project evaluation index system and complicated indicators, this paper proposed the establishment of the hierarchy model of influencing factors by AHP, and the construction of the judgment matrix of each level of quality of master’s training quality for the consistency test. The model has been used in Zhejiang University of Technology Computer Engineering Institute of Engineering Master’s quality evaluation, effectively improving the engineering practice of innovative and academic ability.
