分析了零件结构工艺性教学中普遍存在的问题,探讨利用三维设计软件Solidworks提高零件结构工艺性教学质量的途径。以镗孔加工零件结构的切削加工工艺性及轴、孔类零件结构的装配工艺性为例,研究了如何运用Solidworks自带的Animator软件实现加工及装配的动态仿真。
The common problems in the technology of parts structure are analyzed, and the ways to improve the quality of technology of parts structure by means of Solidworks are discussed. Taking the machining process of boring machined parts structure and the assembling process of shaft and hole parts as an example, this paper studies how to use the Animator software which comes with Solidworks to realize the dynamic simulation of machining and assembly.
