目的:以多基原药材秦艽为研究对象,应用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和主成分分析方法(PCA)鉴别不同来源秦艽药材。方法:将5种不同秦艽药材在相同条件下进行溶剂提取,采用核磁共振波谱仪进行检测,图谱进行数据处理、聚类分析和PCA。结果:通过聚类分析可很好地区分5种秦艽药材;在PCA中提取了6个主成分,累计贡献率达98.9%,前2个主成分累积贡献率达76.9%,能解释原变量信息的76.9%,在以主成分1和主成分2为横纵坐标的得分散点图上实现了不同基原秦艽药材的区分。结论:1H-NMR结合PCA是一种有效的药材资源鉴别研究方法,能全面反映不同基原药材的全成分且前处理方便,可作为分类鉴别不同来源药材的手段之一。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the genus Gentiana macrophylla from various sources using 1H-NMR and PCA methods. Methods: Five kinds of medicinal materials of Gentiana macrophylla were extracted under the same conditions and detected by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR). The data were processed by cluster analysis and PCA. Results: Five species of Gentiana macrophylla could be distinguished by cluster analysis. Six principal components were extracted from PCA. The cumulative contribution rate was 98.9%. The cumulative contribution rate of the first two principal components was 76.9%. The original variable information Of 76.9%, in the main component 1 and the main component 2 as the horizontal and vertical Scatter Scatter plots to achieve the distinction between the different base Gentiana herbs. Conclusion: 1H-NMR combined with PCA is an effective method for identification of medicinal resources. It can fully reflect the different components of the original medicinal materials and is convenient for pre-treatment. It can be used as one of the means to identify medicinal materials from different sources.
