初中阶段是激发学生运动兴趣,让学生养成良好运动习惯的重要阶段,因此改革以往过分重视技能目标的应试教学模式,把教学重心放在身心发展的目标上,是初中体育课程有效教学策略的根本。有效教学是当前初中体育教学中需要关注的核心问题之一,要有效开展初中体育教学,体育教师不仅要具备专业的体育教学知识,更要从促进学生发展的角度突出学生的主体地位。只有这样才能真正发挥体育课堂教学在学生身心健康发展方面的作用。本文就此探讨提高初中体育教学有效性的策略。
Junior high school stage is to stimulate student interest in sports, so that students develop an important phase of good exercise habits, so the reform of past emphasis on skill objectives of the exam-oriented teaching mode, the teaching focus on the goal of physical and mental development is an effective teaching strategy of junior high school physical education fundamental. Effective teaching is one of the core problems that need to be paid attention to in current middle school PE teaching. To effectively carry out junior high school PE teaching, PE teachers should not only possess professional PE teaching knowledge, but also highlight students ’subjective status from the perspective of promoting students’ development. Only in this way can we truly bring into play the role of physical education in the physical and mental health of students. This article discusses the strategy to improve the effectiveness of junior high school physical education.
