目的:研究三种不同根管冲洗液对RAYPEX 6、PROPEXⅡ两种电子根尖定位仪测量准确性的影响。方法:采用2%液态琼脂凝胶注入卡斯特罗模型,使用RAYPEX 6和PROPEXⅡ电子根尖定位仪,分别在5.25%次氯酸钠、0.9%生理盐水、3%双氧水3种环境下,对40颗单直根管离体牙进行根管长度测量。分别记录离体牙根管长度测量值,并计算该测量值与根管实际工作长度值的差值,采用统计软件SPSS 22.0进行独立样本t检验统计学分析。结果:两种电子根尖定位仪的各组测量值与根管实际工作长度差值均小于0.5 mm。0.9%生理盐水冲洗根管时,RAYPEX 6和PROPEXⅡ两组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);5.25%次氯酸钠和3%双氧水时,两组间对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根管冲洗液不同,对RAYPEX 6和PROPEXⅡ两种电子根尖定位仪测量准确性稍有影响,但仍能满足临床根管长度测量的精度要求。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of three different root canal irrigation solutions on the measurement accuracy of RAPP 6 and PROPEX II. Methods: The Castro model was injected with 2% liquid agar gel. Using RAYPEX 6 and PROPEX Ⅱ electronic apical positioning instrument, Straight root canal isolated teeth for root canal length measurement. Separate measurement of root canal length measurements, and calculate the difference between the measured value and the actual working length of root canal, using statistical software SPSS 22.0 independent sample t test statistical analysis. Results: The difference between the measured values of the two kinds of electronic apical positioning instrument and the actual working length of root canal were less than 0.5 mm. There was no significant difference between RAYPEX 6 and PROPEXⅡgroup when 0.9% saline was used for root canal irrigation (P> 0.05). When compared with 5.25% sodium hypochlorite and 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Different root canal irrigation fluids have a slight effect on the accuracy of RAPP 6 and PROPEX II, but they still meet the accuracy requirements of clinical root canal length measurement.
