目的:探讨并评价颅内动脉瘤患者在经过CT血管造影减影法(DSCTA)诊断的临床应用价值。方法:对30例临床上可疑颅内动脉瘤患者,先分别给他们制定扫描参数相同的2组计划增强扫描和螺旋采集平扫,再用增强扫描数据逐层减去螺旋采集平扫数据,所有患者都进行DSA检查,最后用4分法评价经DSCTA诊断的图像质量。结果:30例患者中,常规CTA诊断出40例动脉瘤,DSA诊断出42例动脉瘤,DSCTA诊断出42例动脉瘤;DSCTA图像质量分析显示DSCTA诊断的效果更好些。结论:DSCTA诊断法能自动快速准确去骨,颅内血管显示清晰,尤其是颅底段血管的显示。
Objective: To investigate and evaluate the clinical value of diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm in patients undergoing computed tomography angiography (DSCTA). Methods: Thirty patients with clinically suspected intracranial aneurysm were enrolled in this study. They were given two sets of planned enhanced scan and spiral scan with the same scan parameters, and then scanned the data by subtracting the helical layer from the enhanced scan data. All Patients underwent DSA, and finally a 4-point scale was used to assess the quality of the image as diagnosed by DSCTA. Results: Of the 30 patients, 40 cases were diagnosed by routine CTA, 42 cases were diagnosed by DSA, and 42 cases were diagnosed by DSCTA. DSCTA image quality analysis showed that the diagnosis by DSCTA was better. Conclusion: The DSCTA method can automatically and quickly derectly and accurately, and the intracranial blood vessels are clearly displayed, especially the blood vessels in the skull base.
