也谈我对教学后记的认识

美国心理学家波斯纳提出了教师成长的公式:成长=经验+反思。叶澜教授曾说:“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师写三年反思有可能成为名师。”所谓反思,就教育工作而言,笔者认为就是是对自己的教育实践活动及其潜在的教育观念的重新认识。随着新课程改革的深入进行,新课标、新教材的实施,写好教学后记就显得更加的重要和必要了。 教学后记该怎样写?写些什么?这是令部分老师感到困惑的。因此常见到这样套话的教学后记,譬如“这节课是成功的,学生较容易接受,学习效果良好”、“本节内容较难,学生掌握不佳,有待于课后加强练习”等。其实写教学后记并不难,教学后记没有 American psychologist Posner proposed a formula for teacher growth: growth = experience + reflection.
