目的 :探讨壳聚糖絮凝法能否代替乙醇沉淀法用于清热解毒口服液的澄清工艺。方法 :壳聚糖应用于清热解毒口服液的澄清 ,并与药典的醇沉制备方法比较 ,通过对绿原酸、栀子甙进行定性和对总黄酮进行定量测定 ,并进行了稳定性比较。结果 :壳聚糖絮凝法与醇沉法同样能使药液澄清 ,前者能更有效地保留药液中的有效成分 ,又能保证制剂的稳定性 ,缩短生产周期 ,降低成本。结论 :壳聚糖絮凝法能代替乙醇沉淀法用于清热解毒口服液的澄清工艺。
Objective : To explore whether the chitosan flocculation method can be used instead of ethanol precipitation method for the clarification process of Qingrejiedu oral liquid. Methods: Chitosan was applied to the clarification of Qingrejiedu oral liquid and compared with the pharmacopoeial alcohol precipitation preparation method. The qualitative and total flavonoids were quantitatively determined by chlorogenic acid and pueraria glycosides, and the stability was compared. Results: The chitosan flocculation method and the alcohol precipitation method can clarify the liquid, the former can effectively retain the active ingredients in the liquid, and can ensure the stability of the preparation, shorten the production cycle and reduce the cost. Conclusion: The chitosan flocculation method can replace the ethanol precipitation method for the clarification process of Qingrejiedu oral liquid.
