采用Thermo-Calc和经典动力学理论对2组碳、氮含量的中碳V-N微合金化钢分别进行了热力学和动力学分析,研究了V(C,N)在形变奥氏体中的析出规律。结果表明:在1 000~800℃温度区间变形时,形变储能ΔGs的存在导致V(C,N)的形变诱导析出;当氮的质量分数增加0.005%时,V(C,N)的析出开始时间(5%析出量)缩短近1个数量级;当氮的质量分数较高时(大于0.01%),碳含量对V(C,N)在奥氏体中析出行为的影响几乎可以忽略。
The thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of two groups of medium-carbon VN micro-alloyed steels with carbon and nitrogen contents were carried out by Thermo-Calc and classical kinetic theory. The precipitation regularity of V (C, N) in deformed austenite was studied. . The results show that the deformation induced precipitation of V (C, N) occurs due to the existence of ΔGs when deformation occurs at a temperature of 1000-800 ℃. When the mass fraction of nitrogen increases 0.005%, the precipitation of V (C, N) When the mass fraction of nitrogen is higher than 0.01%, the effect of carbon content on the precipitation behavior of V (C, N) in austenite is almost negligible.
