应用光学金相研究了高纯铝硅合金中硅相的组织遗传规律。结果表明:硅原料的纯度不同,配制得到的Al-12.5%Si中间合金中共晶硅的尺寸形貌也不同,用纯度为99.996wt%的硅配制的中间合金其共晶硅比纯度为99.85wt%的更细小、均匀。Al-12.5%Si中间合金中共晶硅的尺寸形貌会影响Al-1.0%Si合金中硅的存在状态,即存在硅相的组织遗传性。
The microstructure of the silicon phase in high purity aluminum-silicon alloy was studied by optical metallography. The results show that the purity of the silicon raw material is different, the size and morphology of the eutectic silicon in the prepared Al-12.5% Si master alloy are also different, the purity of the eutectic silicon is 99.85wtwt% % Of the more small and uniform. The size and morphology of eutectic silicon in Al-12.5% Si master alloy affects the presence of silicon in Al-1.0% Si alloy, that is, the tissue inheritance of the silicon phase.
