在当前新闻信息过剩而受众注意力有限,新闻传播进入“受方”市场的新常态下,可以借鉴经济领域供应侧改革思路,聚焦影响制约广电新闻内容创新创优的结构性短板,推进内容生产供应侧改革。本文从五个方面分析论述了如何进行广电新闻内容供应侧改革。一是树立整体导向观,建立传统媒体与新媒体统一的内容管理体制机制。二是创新构建更有利于内容生产的体制机制,提供更快更准更多有思想有温度有品质的内容产品。三是创新改革广电资源配置办台体制,减“产能”强“品牌”。四是创新改革新闻内容生产理念方式,提升内容产品针对性实效性。五是创新改革人事考核制度,增强广电人的归属感、荣誉感、忠诚度和创造力。
Under the current new situation of oversupply of information and the limited attention of the audience and the news dissemination into the new normal of the “recipient” market, we can learn from the ideas of supply-side reform in the economic field and focus on the structural shortcomings that affect the innovation and excellence of radio and television news contents, Promote content production supply-side reform. This article analyzes and discusses how to carry out the reform of supply side of broadcasting news content from five aspects. First, establish the overall guiding concept, the establishment of traditional media and new media unified content management system and mechanism. The second is to innovate to build an institutional mechanism that is more conducive to content production and provide faster and more accurate thinking of temperature-quality content products. Third, innovation and reform of radio and television resources allocation to do Taiwan system, reduce “production ” strong “brand ”. Fourth, innovation and reform of news content production concept approach to enhance the effectiveness of targeted products. Fifth, we will innovate and reform the personnel examination system to enhance the sense of belonging, honor, loyalty and creativity of radio and television personnel.
