本文报道我院在1988年收治5例与体位有关的功能性Ⅱ度Ⅰ型房窒传导阻滞。临床资料:5例均为男性,年龄21～33岁,干部3人,战士2人。平日均健康,否认感冒、发热等病史。体温、血压正常,肺脏检查无异常,心脏除心律不齐外其余检查正常。抗“0”、血沉、肝功均属正常范围,心肌抗体、抗核抗体均阴性。胸透正常。二维超声心动检查心腔内结构正常,左心功能测定正常。排除因感染、缺血等原因所致器质性心脏病。5例在卧位查心电图示
This article reports that in our hospital in 1988, 5 cases of functional grade Ⅱ Ⅰ type atrial septal block were treated. Clinical data: 5 cases were men, aged 21 to 33 years, 3 cadres, 2 soldiers. Weekly average health, denied a cold, fever and other medical history. Body temperature, normal blood pressure, no abnormal lung examination, the heart in addition to arrhythmia and other tests were normal. Anti “0”, ESR, liver function are normal range, myocardial antibodies, anti-nuclear antibodies were negative. Thoracotomy normal. Two-dimensional echocardiography cardiac structure normal, normal left ventricular function test.
