一个高效有活力的公司必定有套严谨的绩效考核系统,这是一个公司重视人力资源管理的象征,也是公司能够持续盈利创新的源泉。通过绩效考核,员工得到相应的培训和激励,更好地投入到生产销售研发等各个岗位的工作中去。中国企业的绩效管理从无到有,从粗到细,经历了一个快速发展过程,管理模式多种多样。本文希望通过对典型企业的人力资源和绩效管理进行讨论,结合激励理论,分析主要人力资源管理模式的影响,提出一定可行性的建议。
An efficient and viable company must have a rigorous performance appraisal system, a symbol of a company’s emphasis on human resource management and a source of sustainable profitability and innovation for the company. Through performance appraisal, employees receive the appropriate training and incentives to better devote themselves to the production and sales of R & D and other positions to work. The performance management of Chinese enterprises from scratch, from coarse to fine, has undergone a rapid development process, a variety of management models. This article hopes to discuss the human resource and performance management of typical enterprises, and combine the incentive theory, analyze the impact of the main human resource management mode, and put forward some feasible suggestions.
