热管换热器是冷却段与加热段的面积或长度不相等的一种间接式换热器。为进行合理地设计热管换热器,应得出冷却段与加热段面积或长度的最佳比值。本文从换热的基础公式出发,得出外部热阻大于内部热阻的冷却段受热面与加热段受热面的最佳比,并在此基础上得出冷却段与加热段的最佳长度比。这些公式为合理地设计热管换热器提供了基础公式,并在实际的设计中得到了应用与验证。
Heat pipe heat exchanger is the cooling section and the heating section of an area or length of an indirect heat exchanger. In order to design heat pipe heat exchanger reasonably, the best ratio of cooling area to heating area or length should be obtained. In this paper, based on the basic formula of heat transfer, the optimal ratio of the heating surface of the cooling section and the heating surface of the heating section whose external thermal resistance is greater than the internal thermal resistance is obtained, and on this basis, the optimal length ratio of the cooling section to the heating section . These formulas provide the basic formula for the rational design of heat pipe heat exchanger, and have been applied and verified in the actual design.
