本实验观察了绿茶提取物(GTE)对人胃腺癌BGC-823及人肝癌L-7402细胞集落形成率杀伤的剂量效应关系,及GTE 分别与细胞周期非特异抗癌药丝裂霉素C(MMC)及细胞周期特异性抗癌药与氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)的联合抗癌效果。材料与方法采用指数生长期的人胃腺癌BGC-823和人肝癌L7402细胞株。在含10%小牛血清的RPMI1640培养液,37℃,5%二氧化碳条件下培养。单细胞贴壁增殖至大干50个细胞为一集落。绿茶选用南京青龙山龙雾茶的冻干水浸提取物。5-Fu 及MMC 分别为江苏南通制药厂及日本协会厂产品。单细胞接种48小时后加药,作
This experiment was conducted to observe the dose-response relationship of green tea extract (GTE) on colony formation killing of human gastric adenocarcinoma BGC-823 and human hepatoma L-7402 cells, and GTE and non-specific cell cycle anticancer drug mitomycin C (respectively).
