西方古典人性观的理性法则及二元论和基督宗教的超理性法则及二元论对现代管理人性论有着重大的影响。现代管理人性论是对西方传统人性论的继承、发展和变种。中国传统人性论本质上就是社会组织管理的人性理论。马克思主义人性观科学地指出了人的社会属性是人的本质属性,只有培养全面发展的人,才是管理实践的终极目标。
The rational laws of Western classical view of human nature and the super-rational laws of dualism and Christianity and dualism have a significant impact on the modern management theory of humanity. The theory of human nature in modern management is the inheritance, development and variation of western traditional human nature theory. China’s traditional theory of human nature is essentially the theory of human nature managed by social organizations. Marxist concept of human nature scientifically pointed out that human social attributes are the essential attributes of human beings. Only by cultivating all-round development is the ultimate goal of management practice.
