《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》(以下简称《专业标准》)是国家对合格幼儿园教师专业素质的基本要求,能力为重是其重要理念之一。本研究选取山西省L市7所幼儿园共208名教师进行问卷调查,发现该地区幼儿园教师专业能力基本达到《专业标准》的基本要求;教龄对其专业能力高低的影响较小;学历的高低和所学专业是影响其专业能力的重要因素,且学历的影响更大;教师一日生活的组织和保育能力最好,最差的是对环境的创设与利用能力。建议:认真贯彻国家幼儿教育的政策和方针,严把幼儿园教师准入和聘用关;树立终身学习理念,提升幼儿园教师的自主发展意识;加大师资培训力度,提升幼儿园教师的专业能力。
“Kindergarten teacher professional standards (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as “professional standards”) is the national basic qualifications of qualified kindergarten teachers basic requirements, ability is one of its important concepts. In this study, 208 teachers from 7 kindergartens in L City, Shanxi Province were selected for questionnaire survey. It was found that the kindergarten teachers’ professional competence basically met the basic requirements of “professional standards”; the influence of teaching age on their professional abilities was insignificant; The major of study is an important factor affecting their professional abilities, and the education has a greater impact. The teachers’ organization and conservation ability of daily life is the best, and the worst is the ability of creation and utilization of the environment. Suggestions: earnestly implement the national policies and guidelines for early childhood education, strict access to kindergarten teachers and employment; establish the concept of lifelong learning to enhance the sense of self-development of kindergarten teachers; increase teacher training to enhance kindergarten teacher’s professional ability.
