中职酒店教育作为我国中职教育体系的重要组成部分,在我国培养酒店专业技术技能人才,促进社会经济发展的过程中扮演了重要角色。在当今人才培养模式和就业制度日益市场化的形势下,必须充分认识中职酒店专业教育改革的必要性。本文从学校、酒店、教师、学生等方面为研究对象,分析了目前该专业人才培养存在的主要问题,并提出了对策。这些对策对改善中职学校酒店管理专业人才培养具有极大的参考价值。 Secondary vocational education as an important part of secondary education system in our country to train professional and technical personnel in the hotel to promote the social and economic development process plays an important role. In today’s talent cultivation mode and the increasingly marketization of employment system, we must fully understand the necessity of professional hotel education reform in hotels.
