报道了中心波长为1653nm的窄线宽拉曼光纤放大器。该放大器为全光纤结构,种子源为平均功率8mW、线宽2MHz的分布式反馈(DFB)半导体激光器,抽运源为中心波长为1541nm的掺铒光纤激光器,拉曼增益介质为长500m的高非线性光纤(HNLF)。在3.32W抽运功率下,拉曼光纤放大器输出功率为260mW,放大器增益为15.1dB,斜率效率约为12%。由于激光器输出波长位于甲烷气体的一个强吸收峰,可广泛应用于大气环境监测和天然气运输管道泄漏探测等多个领域。
Reported a narrow-bandwidth Raman fiber amplifier with a center wavelength of 1653 nm. The amplifier is an all-fiber structure. The seed source is a distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser with an average power of 8mW and a linewidth of 2MHz. The pumping source is an erbium-doped fiber laser with a center wavelength of 1541nm. Nonlinear fiber (HNLF). At 3.32W pump power, Raman fiber amplifier output power of 260mW, amplifier gain of 15.1dB, the slope of the efficiency of about 12%. Since the laser output wavelength is located at a strong absorption peak of methane gas, it can be widely used in many fields such as atmospheric environment monitoring and natural gas pipeline leak detection.
