针对某型特种车辆进行道路试验中出现的轮胎破裂情况,进行故障原因分析,开展车辆制动器组件检查、轮胎设计和生产工艺控制排查和轮胎台架对比试验。通过分析和试验验证,排除了车辆制动器组件故障和轮胎本身质量问题,判定故障原因为轮胎在低气压状态下长时间满载高速行驶,轮胎支撑部位变形严重且温度急剧升高,胶料和帘线的性能随之下降,最终帘线损坏导致轮胎破裂。可通过保证轮胎额定气压避免出现类似问题。
Aiming at the situation of tire breakage in the road test of a certain type of special vehicle, the cause of failure was analyzed. Vehicle brake components inspection, tire design and production process control investigation and tire bench comparison test were carried out. Through the analysis and experimental verification, the vehicle brake components and tire quality problems were ruled out. The reasons for the failure were that the tires were fully loaded with high speed for a long time at low pressure and the tire support parts were deformed severely and the temperature increased sharply. The performance will drop, eventually the tire will be damaged and the tire will rupture. A similar problem can be avoided by ensuring that the tire is rated for pressure.
