将多元智能理论运用于高职语文教学实践,关键在于高职语文教师要以现代教育学思想为指导,以学生为本,研究高职学生智能的普遍性和差异性,把人本教学方法运用于高职语文教学实践的全过程。坚持听、说、读、写训练,多角度发展学生语言智能;充分发扬教学民主,开发学生人际交往智能;强化学生个体意识,提高学生自我认知智能。这些都是对高职语文人本教学的集中体现。
