农村初中教育事业的发展,需要解决的问题很多,第一位的问题是师资问题。在普及九年义务教育的规划和实施中,我们对全市农村初中进行抽样调查,结果发现,农村初中教师队伍问题严竣,现状堪忧。1.合格教师少,不合格教师多。我市初中教师学历达标率低于省、市平均达标率。有些边远农村初中教师,有三分之一不能胜任教学工作,靠课本、参考书、字典上课的“三本先生”大有人在。2.长线学科教师多,短线学科教师少。遵循教学
There are many problems that need to be solved in the development of junior middle school education in rural areas. The first issue is the problem of teachers. In the popularization of nine-year compulsory education planning and implementation, we conducted a sample survey of rural junior middle schools in the city. We found that the junior middle school teachers in rural areas have severe problems and the situation is worrying. 1. There are fewer qualified teachers and more unqualified teachers. The attainment rate of junior high school teachers in our city is lower than the average rate of provincial and municipal standards. One third of teachers in remote rural junior high schools are not qualified for teaching work. There are many “three gentlemen” who rely on textbooks, reference books and dictionaries to teach. 2.
