本文应用微量McCoy细胞培养法,检测了蒲公英等八味清热中药的体外抗衣原体活性,结果表明它们均有不同程度体外抗泌尿生殖过沙眼衣原体的活性,其MIC值从0.49~15.63mg/ml;随着中药浓度的升高,细胞内包涵体的体积和数量减少,最后消失。未见八味中药对McCoy细胞毒性作用。
In this paper, micro-McCoy cell culture method was applied to detect the anti-Chlamydia activity of jasminoid fever and other traditional Chinese medicines. The results showed that they all had different degrees of anti-urogenital activity of Chlamydia trachomatis in vitro, and their MIC values ranged from 0.49 to 15.63 mg/ml. As the concentration of traditional Chinese medicine increases, the volume and number of inclusion bodies in the cells decrease and eventually disappear. There was no cytotoxic effect of Bawei TCM on McCoy cells.
