目的:观察重组牛胰蛋白酶抑制剂(rBPTI)对大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)的治疗作用。方法:取大鼠60只,随机分成6组:假手术组、模型组、rBPTI的3个剂量组、抑肽酶组。注射牛磺胆酸钠建立大鼠ANP模型,股静脉注射给药48h后,测定大鼠血清和组织淀粉酶和脂肪酶含量,观察胰腺组织病理变化。结果:rBPTI治疗组可明显降低血清和组织淀粉酶、脂肪酶的浓度,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),且使胰腺的病理变化减轻。结论:rBPTI对牛磺胆酸钠诱导大鼠ANP具有治疗作用,作用效果同天然BPTI相当。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of recombinant bovine trypsin inhibitor (rBPTI) on acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) in rats. Methods: Sixty rats were randomly divided into six groups: sham operation group, model group, rBPTI three dose groups and aprotinin group. The model of ANP was established by injection of sodium taurocholate. The content of amylase and lipase in the serum and tissue were determined 48h after the femoral vein injection, and the pathological changes of the pancreas were observed. Results: The levels of amylase and lipase in serum and tissue of rBPTI treatment group were significantly lower than those of model group (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the pathological changes of pancreas were alleviated. CONCLUSION: rBPTI has a therapeutic effect on sodium taurocholate-induced ANP in rats, with the same effect as natural BPTI.
