In order to explore the impact of occupational stress on the blood pressure of long-distance bus drivers, we investigated the general condition and prevalence of blood pressure and blood lipids using the bus driver of a certain city as the target and the vehicle maintenance worker of the same bus terminal as the reference. Use NIOSH general work stress questionnaire to investigate occupational stress factors, and mediation factors and nervous reactions. Survey shows that the driver team work conflict, job responsibilities, job requirements, job control scores were greater than the control group, coping strategies score lower than the control group. The prevalence of hypertension in the driver group (19.7%) was higher than that in the control group (9.8%), and the body anxiety score was also higher than that in the control group. The results suggest that: the driver group is more nervous than the control group, the driver group’s tension response and the prevalence of hypertension are higher than the control group, indicating that the tension has some impact on blood pressure, the main influencing factors are coping strategies and daily tension.
