异丙基苯胺中硝基异丙苯含量的测定是生产新型除草剂异丙隆的重要环节。根据前人对芳香族硝基化合物在滴汞电极上还原的许多研究,采用极谱法测定硝基异丙苯含量是较简便的方法。由于异丙基苯胺在加入盐酸后会成为盐酸盐晶体析出不利于测定,硝基异丙苯又不溶于水,我们采用了乙醇水溶液为溶剂进行实验,找出了较好的测定条件。通过两年多的应用,证明该法简便可靠,完全满足生产中的需要。
Isopropyl aniline in the determination of nitrocumyl is an important part of the production of a new type of herbicide isoproturon. According to many previous researches on the reduction of aromatic nitro compounds on mercury drop electrodes, it is a simple and convenient method to determine the content of nitrocumyl benzene by polarography. Since isopropylaniline hydrochloride will become hydrochloric acid crystals precipitation is not conducive to the determination of nitrocellulose and water insoluble, we used ethanol as the solvent solution to experiment, to find a better determination of the conditions. After more than two years of application, the method proves that the method is simple and reliable and fully meets the needs in production.
