随着科学技术的日新月异和社会经济的额高速发展,在现代的城市中各种高楼大厦拔地而起,不仅体现了建筑行业的发展程度,还为城市增添了一道道亮丽的风景线。在这些高层建筑的施工过程中,通常采用采用超前止水技术进行高层建筑后浇带施工,从而有效的防止高层建筑基础底板和地下室挖墙渗水漏水问题出现。本文通从后浇带的设计原则出发过对后浇带超前止水技术的深入探析,并对该项技术在高层建筑工程应用中的施工技术和施工要点进行了详细的阐述,以供同行探讨。
