中小学教师远程培训的实施关键在于提高培训的针对性和实效性,使培训惠及每一个教师。培训应针对各级各类地区教师特点,实现远程培训的境域化操作。通过近4年的实验研究,我们认为,县域范围内应构建“以校本培训为基础,远程教育为主要手段,教师培训机构为依托”的教师培训体系;学校范围内应搭建教师校本研修平台;偏远农村学校应构建“远程培训”与“送教上门”相结合的培训机制。
The key to the implementation of distance training of primary and secondary school teachers is to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training so as to benefit each teacher through training.
