通过在人工饲料中添加不同浓度的Zn2+,采用流式细胞技术,初步分析了植食性昆虫斜纹夜蛾SpodopteralituraFabricius幼虫因过量摄入Zn2+而诱发的血细胞凋亡.结果表明,饲料中Zn2+浓度的增加会导致幼虫血淋巴和脂肪体中Zn2+的积累,二者之间表现出显著的剂量-反应关系,且脂肪体对Zn2+的累积强度明显高于血淋巴;当Zn2+浓度达到1000mg/kg时,能显著诱导血细胞的凋亡,凋亡率为63.63%,显著高于对照和低浓度(50~500mg/kg)胁迫而产生的凋亡率.因此,食物中高浓度的Zn2+能诱导植食性昆虫斜纹夜蛾幼虫血细胞的凋亡.
The apoptosis of SpodopteralituraFabricius larvae fed on dietary insects, SpodopteralituraFabricius larvae, was preliminary analyzed by adding different concentrations of Zn2 + into artificial diet and using flow cytometry to analyze the apoptosis of blood cells induced by excessive intake of Zn2 + .The results showed that the increase of Zn2 + Resulting in the accumulation of Zn2 + in larvae and fat body, showing a significant dose-response relationship between them, and the cumulative strength of fat body to Zn2 + was significantly higher than that of hemolymph. When Zn2 + concentration reached 1000mg / kg, Inducing the apoptosis of blood cells, the apoptosis rate was 63.63%, which was significantly higher than that of the control and the low concentration (50 ~ 500mg / kg) stress.And therefore, high concentrations of Zn2 + in the food could induce the herbivore Spodoptera litura Larval blood cell apoptosis.
