党的十六届五中全会,是在我国全面建设小康社会的关键时期召开的一次重要会议。全会审议并通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划的建议》。《建议》提出了我国下一个五年经济社会发展的指导方针、奋斗目标、主要任务和重大举措。认真学习贯彻全会精神,是农发行当前和今后一个时期的一项重要任务。各级党组织和领导干部要带头学习,带头贯彻,深刻领会和牢牢把握十六届五中全会精神,努力提高领导农发行改革发展的能力和本领。 The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee is an important meeting held in the crucial period of building an overall well-to-do society in our country. The plenary session reviewed and adopted the “Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 11th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development.” The “Proposal” sets forth the guidelines, goals, major tasks and major measures for China’s economic and social development in the next five years. Seriously studying and implementing the plenary session is an important task for the current and future period of the Agricultural Development Bank.
