为了对液压挖掘机进行整体性分析和改进,首先在ADAMS环境下建立挖掘机仿真模型,并在空载和加载情况下对模型进行动力学仿真分析,通过对比仿真曲线与实际样机工况,验证了模型的正确性,然后在模型的基础上对挖掘机工作装置进行优化,经验算证明优化后的工作装置能有效地提升挖掘机工作装置的效率,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to analyze and improve the integrity of the hydraulic excavator, the simulation model of the excavator is set up under ADAMS environment first, and the dynamics simulation analysis of the model under no-load and load conditions is carried out. By comparing the simulation curve with the actual prototype condition, The correctness of the model is then optimized. Based on the model, the working device of the excavator is optimized. The experience shows that the optimized working device can effectively improve the efficiency of the working device of the excavator, and has good application prospect.
