我国农村正处于传统向现代转变的关键时期。与之相适应,农村政治文化也处于村民文化向公民文化的过渡时期。这种转型期农村政治文化因其新旧交织的复杂性而对农村政治稳定产生各种影响,要保持农村长期稳定政府必须采取主动,努力推动现代公民文化的建构。 Our country’s rural areas are in a critical period of transformation from tradition to modern times. Correspondingly, rural political culture is also in the transitional period from villager’s culture to citizen’s culture. Due to the complexity of old and new intertwining, the rural political culture in this transition period has various impacts on rural political stability. To maintain long-term stability in rural areas, the government must take the initiative and strive to promote the construction of modern citizen culture.
