对55例糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果糖尿病患者易发生低血糖昏迷,其中老年人发病率高,60岁以上占58.18%(32/55),且口服降糖药出现低血糖严重而持久,1例81岁患者持续超过1周。55例糖尿病低血糖患者早期治疗,效果良好。结论加强对糖尿病患者的低血糖教育,用药过程中及时监测血糖,尤其对老年人,适当放宽血糖控制标准,避免出现低血糖。一旦出现低血糖昏迷,及时救治,预后较好。
The clinical data of 55 patients with diabetic hypoglycemic coma were retrospectively analyzed. Results Patients with diabetes were prone to hypoglycemic coma. Among them, the incidence of the elderly was high, accounting for 58.18% (32/55) over the age of 60 years. Serious and persistent hypoglycaemia occurred in the oral hypoglycemic agents. One patient aged 81 continued for more than one week. 55 cases of diabetic patients with early treatment of hypoglycemia, the effect is good. CONCLUSIONS: To strengthen the education of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients and to monitor the blood sugar in time, especially for the elderly, the standard of glycemic control should be relaxed appropriately to avoid hypoglycemia. Once the hypoglycemic coma, timely treatment, the prognosis is good.
