利用细胞化学方法,观察了小麦耐盐突变体。发现在盐胁迫下,耐盐突变体细胞表面的糖蛋白层变得较为致密;而亲本细胞表面糖蛋白层出现细胞壁外缘脱落。表明糖蛋白层与耐盐性有密切关系。 Cytochemical methods were used to observe the salt tolerance mutant of wheat. It was found that under salt stress, the glycoprotein layer on the cell surface of salt-tolerant mutants became denser, while the cell wall glycoprotein on the surface of parent cells shed off. It shows that glycoprotein is closely related to salt tolerance.
