Objective To compare the value of the new intravenous urography and traditional compressors in conventional dose contrast imaging. Materials and Methods A total of 76 patients in both groups were given the same pressure and the same compression site. The venous urography was performed using a new type of compression device and a conventional compression device. The changes were measured at 3 min, 5 min, 7 min and 15 min Pressure and 30 min decompression, the contrast agent in the renal pelvis and bladder gray value changes, and be compared. Results At the 7 min and 15 min, the gray value of the contrast agent in the renal pelvis was higher than that of the patients with the traditional compressors. At 3, 5, 7 and 15 minutes, the intravesical contrast agent Grayscale values were lower in patients with traditional compressors, suggesting that the new type of compressors performed better compression than traditional compressors. Conclusions The compression effect of the new type of compression device on the ureter is significantly superior to the traditional compression device, which has a high clinical value.
