为了研究分布式水泵供热系统的水力工况和运行能耗,提出以零压差点作为该系统的水力标志,利用它与热源之间供、回水管段的总阻力损失分析管网中多个零压差点的分布,同时唯一确定了系统循环水泵的配置和压力分布。利用特定工况下的流量-压头图分析了各种循环水泵配置方案的输送功率,说明了零压差点与热媒输送功率的关系,并指出了系统达到需用功率的条件。通过工程实例的分析,定性讨论了若干典型的循环水泵配置方案。
In order to study the hydraulic conditions and operating energy consumption of distributed water pump heating system, a zero pressure drop point is proposed as a hydraulic symbol of the system. The total resistance loss of the supply and return pipe sections between it and the heat source is analyzed. A zero pressure drop distribution, while the only system to determine the configuration of circulating pump and pressure distribution. The delivery power of various circulating pump configurations is analyzed by using the flow-pressure head diagram under certain operating conditions. The relationship between the zero pressure drop point and the heat transfer power is illustrated. The conditions for the system to reach the required power are also pointed out. Through the analysis of engineering examples, several typical circulating pump configuration schemes are discussed qualitatively.
