目的比较血气分析仪与生化仪测定动静脉血钾浓度的差异。方法收集ICU收治的80例患者的动静脉血标本,根据p H值分为A组15例、B组45例和C组20例,p H值分别为<7.35、7.35~7.45、>7.45,分别采用血气分析仪和全自动生化分析仪测定动脉全血钾和静脉血清钾,比较不同p H值动静脉血钾浓度及差值。结果 3组患者动脉全血钾水平低于静脉血清钾,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组动静脉血钾差值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血气分析仪测得的动脉全血钾与生化仪测得的静脉血清钾存在一定的差异,p H值变化会影响血钾浓度,但并不会增大动静脉血钾浓度的差值。
Objective To compare the difference of arterial blood potassium concentration between blood gas analyzer and biochemical analyzer. Methods The arterial venous blood samples of 80 patients admitted to ICU were collected and divided into 15 cases in group A, 45 cases in group B and 20 cases in group C according to their p H values. The p H values were <7.35, 7.35-7.45,> 7.45, Blood gas analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer were used to determine the serum potassium and serum potassium in arterial blood, and the differences of arterial and venous potassium concentrations between different p values were compared. Results The level of potassium in arterial blood of the three groups was lower than that of venous serum potassium, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in difference of potassium in arterial blood between three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The serum potassium measured by the blood gas analyzer is different from the serum potassium measured by the biochemical analyzer. The change of p H value will affect the concentration of serum potassium, but will not increase the difference of potassium concentration of arteriovenous blood.
